1. Choose the exact listing or screen. 2. Define threshold and direction. 3. Select destination. 4. Verify configuration. 5. Save. 6. Review evaluation and delivery status separately.
Worked example #
A price-above-₹500 rule can evaluate true at ₹505 while SMS delivery fails. The market evaluation succeeded; the external delivery did not.
How to interpret the result #
Triggered describes the rule result. Sent, stubbed and failed describe destination response. Unavailable source data should not be converted into a false threshold result.
Limitations and common mistakes #
Network delay, provider delay, quiet hours, expired tokens and destination outages can affect delivery. Repeated alerts and fees depend on the configured rule and plan.
Market-specific differences #
SMS availability, sender rules and webhook platforms vary by country. Market thresholds retain the listing's native currency and exchange session.
