Delete your XMarketRadar account

You can permanently delete your account and associated product data even if you no longer have the Android app installed.

Delete from XMarketRadar

  1. Sign in to XMarketRadar.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. In Danger Zone, choose Delete my account.
  4. Confirm the permanent deletion.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot sign in, submit an account deletion request. Include the email address used for XMarketRadar. Support will verify account ownership before processing it.

Data deleted

Deletion removes the Firebase Authentication identity, contact information, portfolios and transactions, watchlists, alerts, saved screens, broker credentials, research notes, risk answers, preferences, generated personal briefings, and other user-owned product data.

Limited retention

XMarketRadar retains only a minimal disabled-account identifier where necessary for security, fraud prevention, and preventing an erased account from being silently recreated. Payment providers may retain transaction records when required by law or their own policies. This retained information is not available as an active XMarketRadar account.
